How to cancel a booking?

Please WhatsApp InspectMyCar DXB and provide your booking details to request a cancellation.

Refunds

  • If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your PPI booking, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your PPI booking only 75% of your initial payment will be refunded to you.
  • Refunds are paid directly into your bank account. You will need to send us your bank account details.
  • (For security reasons, we cannot accept this information over the phone).
  • Your refund will be processed within three working days of receipt of Message with your bank account details.
  • InspectMyCar DXB may decline to undertake requested inspection, in which case your prepaid inspection fee will be promptly refunded.
  • If the vehicle is sold before an inspector is dispatched, your order will be considered “on hold” and you will have a credit for the amount paid which can be applied to another inspection and which does not expire.
